Notifications
The Notifications feature enables users to receive and manage notifications related to various modules.
To access the Notifications panel, click the Notifications bell icon on the left navigation pane.
The notification bell icon shows the count of unread notifications, dynamically decreasing by one when notifications are marked as read.
These notifications are organized by date and time, categorizing them into "Today" and "Older" sections.
Users can easily manage notifications by marking them as read or unread using the blue oval marker.
To keep the panel clutter-free, older notifications are automatically removed after 30 days from database and UI
Notifications for Job Processes
When a user executes a job or encounters an exception, the notification panel displays updates related to successful and failed job execution statues received from the database.
Clicking on job notifications allows users to view the job steps that have passed or failed, which will also be marked as read.
Notifications for Forms
The v25.2 release introduces Forms Notifications, allowing users to receive alerts for Forms which have Lock/Unlock feature enabled and if any other User locks/unlocks the Form for keying in data, ensuring they stay informed about key updates.
When a user has subscribed to Forms Notifications, they will receive updates when a form they have access to is locked or unlocked. This ensures users are informed about important changes without unnecessary alerts.
Clicking on a form notification opens the corresponding form, allowing users to access it instantly.
