Lineos V2 [v26.2]
Starting from version 26.2, Lineos runs on the Lineos V2 interface. Lineos V2 replaces the previous tabbed layout with a unified chat window, consolidating all AI assistant capabilities into a single, more interactive experience. All existing functionality — Doc Assist, Data Assist, and Report Assist — is preserved and continues to work as before.
Note: Users on versions prior to 26.2 continue to see the earlier Lineos interface. No configuration changes are required after upgrading to 26.2.

Using Lineos V2
Lineos V2 is accessed via the floating Lineos icon available on all pages of the Bizview Platform application. You can move the icon to any position within the interface.
Click the Lineos icon. The Lineos V2 panel opens with the unified chat window.
Enter your prompt or question in the chat input field and press Enter. Lineos responds within the chat window.
Note: All prompts and interactions that worked in the previous version of Lineos continue to work in Lineos V2.
Using Chat History
Lineos V2 retains a history of your previous conversations. You can return to any past session and continue from where you left off without re-entering context.
Open the Lineos panel. Previous conversations are listed in the panel.
Click a previous conversation to open it. The full conversation history displays in the chat window.
Enter a new prompt to continue the conversation. Lineos responds in context of the previous exchange.
Note: Chat history is only available from version 26.2 onwards. Chat history is not retained in Incognito mode sessions.
